PICAXE Protoboard Circuits

These have been created for GCSE Product Design so students can use them as a base for developing their own work.

The circuits are designed for the PICAXE-08 or 08M chip and further details will be posted before the end of October 2005.

Pupils will use these circuits as a 'component' in their 'Garden security' device.

Example Item for major product:

Pupil produces a 4 LED light on a stake which cycles through three lighting programs when a button is pressed or the device is shaken. They use one of these circuits as a base, writing their own program and adapting the hardware to maybe use multiple LED's off the same output. They house it in a case of their own design and develop packaging from corrugated card sheet, and a sticker for identification / advertising. The item includes packaging space for batteries and also an instruction leaflet.
