Short and sweet justice....

Massive measuring
Give pupils a 2p coin and ask them to measure something using the coin such as the distance around a table. Then get them to measure the diameter of the 2p and work out how long the measurement was.
Extra Evil Version: measure the table using a tape measure and add 1 minute to the detention for every 1cm their result is wrong by...

Sad Spirals
Ask pupil to draw a spiral without lifting the pen or pencil from the paper, starting from the inside. They must have 15 turns of the spiral minimum to leave after 5 minutes.
Extra Evil version: . Give them a 6B pencil or chalk to do it with...

Doughnut Delight
Also works with chocolate biscuits and Tunnocks Teacakes.
Place the item on the desk and make the pupil touch it with their nose for five minutes without moving.... Why is this evil? Throw the item away afterwards in front of them

Circle Cur
Draw a circle using the letters in your full name. Make as many 5 + letter words as you can

Soapy Surprise
Keep some old bars of cracked soap for this. You need to be near a sink. Make a figure that stands up on two legs with the soap and water

Awful Addition
Add up the numbers between 1 and 30. Answer 465

Total Twaddle
Make a poem which uses the letters of the alphabet as the first letter of each word, in order: Example "A Beaver Caught Deady Elephants Farting Grenades Having intenstinal Jaundice....."

Petty Point
Using two sharp pencils, pick up a pen using the pencil points and carry round the room without dropping or you have to go back to the start

Alphabet Arangement
Write a list of 10 or 15 or 20 animals whose name starts with a letter of the alphabet. A is OK, R is easy, T is hard......
