I have produced a series of worksheets and files for New Wave Concepts, a company producing a range of PC based electronics simulation software which is very good for schools, and I can almost wholly recommend.

The Worksheets are aimed at hard pressed teachers who want to do electronics with their classes, but don't just want to make a PCB nailed into a plain box.
